How would I get traffic to my forum? I just made it – http://www.forum.theprocoders.com – and I don’t know how I would get users to join it, it’s about programming, come there to get help programming, see other peoples software, get free software, game hacking, ect. How would I get traffic to it?
Make sure you have meta tags in your page so it will be picked up by search engines. This is a huge help in getting traffic. Also, promote your site on other forums similar to yours. Go to different sites and tell them about the site you just created.

Sign up on a similar forum and just post on their forum while having your site in the forum signature. Just don’t spam!
