Help!!!!asap!!!i Need Software That I Can Use For Simulation Of Road Traffic(good Graphics Of Result)?

I am doing a project and dont have any idea of the softwares that i can use for simulation.I need to know about the softwares available for this purpose (freeware preffered) and describe the software why do u recommend it and how can we learn it and get it.Thanks
