What Software Can I Use For Locate Several Addreses On A Map?

I’m working on the design of transportation routes and i need to locate costumers, an also be able to make that map a little more helpful, something like “The SIMS” population/pollution/traffic/wheater maps. Is anything like that on Mac or PC?
i have two programs that may be of use to you. Delorme Street Atlas and Rand McNally Streets/Trip maker. both programs will allow you to put ‘thumb-tacs’ of where your customers are.
I would look into Mappoint.
