Just about any firewall will do, if you know how to configure them. I use Comodo.
However, you can’t just close all ports except for 2, as windows uses different ports for different activities.
There are a lot of freeware firewalls that are Linux based, and can be configured via your browser. However, you need a spare PC with 2 network cards and some time & know-how. If interested, check out:http://distrowatch.com/search.php?catego…
And check out any of the free firewalls. Higher end ones like Astaro, Endian and maybe Vyatta may do more than you want. But, some of them also sell hardware appliances that run the same software, but in their “box”. Lower end ones like Monowall or IPcop are options for low end firewall.
Almost all of them give control over all internet access (as well as local to local access).

Use zonealarm firewall the best and top firewall in the world
Free version of zonealarm firewall or use the zonealarm pro(firewall)
