What’s A Nice Software To Track Internet Traffic On My Pc?

software must indicate how much kbps (not bytes uploaded/downloaded) each site or application is consuming as well as the site it is accessing.
i tried comodo but it doesn’t give bandwidth per second consumption.
Sygate Firewall Pro might do it..but im not sure. Been awhile since I had that, which is still able to download online for free.
