How Do I Monitor My Routers Traffic?

So guys,
Basically I have 3 laptops and a PS3 connected to the router.
I’ve been playing online alot and worry about exceeding my bandwidth limit.
Is there any way I can monitor the usage on my router so I can monitor all devices in house, or can I download software or what?
